Ages 4–12

Kids Taekwondo

Fun, safe and disciplined classes that turn restless energy into focus and confidence. Children learn basic kicks, blocks, forms (Poomsae) and age-appropriate sparring, while building the habits parents notice most: listening, respect and self-control.

Teen Taekwondo

Real self-defense, serious fitness and the chance to compete. We channel the teenage years into discipline, strength and championship goals — with a clear pathway to district, state and national tournaments.

Adult Taekwondo & Fitness

Women's Self-Defense
